Tshirt Factory is a team of 6 designers, developers and artists based in Galati, Romania. We specialize in t-shirt designs, vector packs, custom art, banner ads, branding and corporate identity.

HISTORY
Formed in August of 2004, Tshirt Factory began as a team of three freelance designers: Adrian, Florin and Gabriel. As time passed, they developed a taste for working as a team and creating custom designs for the most pretentious clients. Along with clients' requests came the experience and the attention to details. Along the way, the company grew bigger and stronger and now the team is formed of 2 designers, 2 illustrators, one editor and one programmer. Although we create vectors of any style, our favorite still remains the grudge style, and t-shirt designs.

ADRIAN // Owner / Creative Director/ Graphic designer
Adrian is the founder of T-shirt Factory and not only that he is our organized leader and innovative instructor for any kind of matter but he is also a master when it comes to computer software and equipment for the company. He had managed to establish long-term business partnerships with many of the clients. When he's not looking at a computer screen designing you will find him on the beach, traveling, or listening to music (drum and bass, electro pop, urban, electronic). His life is design, and he loves it. He is continuously willing to learn new things when it comes to designing. |

FLORIN // Graphic designer
Florin is also the founder of Tshirt Factory and his skills are responsible for the general look and mixture of the site’s packages layout and background look. He is the one who mixes and creates all the t-shirt designs with the existing vector elements, and he loves doing that, because he wants to improve his Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effect abilities. He enjoys clubbin’, and watching good movies with his girlfriend and his cat. |

GABRIEL // Illustrator
Gabriel is our leading illustrator and he does anything that requires original art/images and drawing. He is very fond of his Wacom tablet and he is self-improving his skills with Adobe Illustrator and Corel Painter. Although he is attracted by the macabre style that reflects in his drawings, he is able to draw almost anything (yes, and cute stuff also). When he is not drawing he is listening to good music and playing with his 2 cats. He considers that it’s worth drawing when people really appreciate the art. |

VALI // Illustrator
Vali is our second illustrator and he has become an integral part of the company since he joined our staff team in August of 2008. He is a student at the Faculty of Arts in Galati. Although he likes digital drawing, his biggest passion is for traditional art and enjoys oil painting and engraving. As a hobby he likes climbing the mountains. |

GEORGE // Programmer / Web master
George is more than just someone who knows HTML and a few scripts, he is the web master of the team. He determines the site’s coding for the layout and he is responsible with the site’s actualization and changes. Because our business uses the web site as a marketing tool to present products and services, we may say that he is very important for the team. When he is not programming and coding, he likes…… |

MIHAELA // Editor
Mihaela is the last one who joined the team and she is responsible with the site’s text content (grammar and spelling, presentation, blog). She also makes sure to promote the site and let others hear about us through networking services. Because she is also an Adobe Illustrator addictive, she fit very well in the team. As a hobby, she likes creating logos for freelance sites and watching good movies. |
